This unique project is the result of a successful collaboration between the real estate developer home IMMOBILIEN and home INTERIOR, with its expertise in interior design for residential properties.

GOINGhome is an exclusive residence with just two DELUXE units. These are being offered on a turnkey basis. Both inside and out, they have been designed by ourselves down to the last detail, including supervision of all fixtures and fittings.

Facing north and south at the same time and enjoying maximum sunshine hours, the style of the building blends in with the architectural character of the area. Each chalet is framed by spacious outdoor areas offering 360° panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, such as the Kitzbühler Horn and the Wilder Kaiser.

Wood in a variety of designs plays a major part in this project.

Creating the interior, we use a combination of contemporary materials and colour concepts with different styles of wood. Textile design elements remain modern and understated. They focus on small, discreet patterns and many plain colours. Velour fabrics create a subtle vibrancy.

This creates a down-to-earth and yet light and cosy atmosphere. The surrounding nature finds an echo in the interior design.
