What an exciting challenge to be part of a genuine relaunch! And at NOVA Moments we had the pleasure of being part of it with our partner Geisler & Trimmel in charge of the architectural and planning work.

The remodelling was certainly profound. Some areas were entirely reorganised, resized or merged, and repurposed for new uses. Furthermore, a new wellness space was added to the 50-year-old building.

A modern, clean ambience inside the building – that was the objective. And bearing in mind the traditional appearance of the exterior. 

Nature was the obvious source of inspiration. The subdued, subtle colour palette of natural tones such as grey in many shades, green, blue and cream is striking. Then there are all kinds of interesting textures on all surfaces and organic, often botanical patterns on fabrics and wallpapers.

Obviously, wood plays an essential role. Unlike traditional old wood, the NOVA Moments features smooth and light wood surfaces, thus creating a pleasantly light ambience.
